Who you are buying from

Copper Creek Farm Toys, a real shop at {ADDRESS}, open {HOURS}. You can walk in and talk to us. Most of the trouble the internet causes goes away when that is true.

Prices and stock

• Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change. The price you see when you check out is the price you pay.
• We are a physical shop as well as a website, so occasionally the last one sells over the counter at the same moment somebody buys it online. If that happens we will ring you, and you get a full refund or first claim on the next one — your choice.
• If something is listed at an obviously wrong price — a $200 tractor at $2 because of a typing slip — we will contact you rather than ship it, and refund you in full if you would rather not go ahead.
• Some items say Call for price. Those are not sold online; ring us.

Pre-orders and deposits

• A pre-order reserves you one from the run. Release dates come from the manufacturer and do slip — we pass on what we are told, when we are told it.
• Where a deposit is taken, it is applied to the final price. The balance is due when the toy arrives and we call you.
• Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before the release date. After that they become store credit, because by then we have committed to the order.
• If a manufacturer cancels a run outright, you get your deposit back in full. That one is on them, not you.

Payment

All payment is handled by Square on their own secure pages. We never see, hold or store your card details. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the sale is complete when we accept the payment and send it.

Shipping, returns and damage

The full detail is on our Shipping & Returns page, and it forms part of these terms. Short version: 14 days, unopened, original packaging, full refund less shipping — and if it turns up damaged, photograph it and call us, because that is ours to fix.

Promo codes

• One code per order, unless we say otherwise.
• Codes have no cash value and can be withdrawn at any time.
• Some codes do not apply to items already reduced or to pre-orders. The site will tell you before you pay.

Using the site

The photographs and descriptions here are ours — please do not lift them for another shop. Manufacturer names and logos belong to their owners; we use them to tell you what the toy is, nothing more. Do not try to break, scrape or overload the site. Everything else, help yourself.

If something goes wrong

Our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it. That is not us being slippery — it is the normal limit, and in practice we would rather sort it out on the phone than argue about a clause. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
