What we collect

• When you buy something: your name, email, phone number and, if it is being shipped, your address. We need these to get the toy to you and to send you a receipt.
• When you fill in a form: whatever you type into it — usually your name, how to reach you, and what you are looking for.
• When you ask to be told something is back in stock: just your email address, and only for that one product.
• When you sign up for the newsletter: your email address.

What we do not collect

• Your card number. We never see it. Payment is handled entirely by Square, on Square’s own secure pages. Nothing about your card ever touches this website.
• We do not run advertising trackers or sell anything to data brokers.
• We do not require an account. You can buy without making one.

Who else sees it

Only the companies that make the shop work, and only the part each one needs:

• Square — takes the payment and sends the receipt.
• Netlify — hosts the website and stores the order record.
• Formspree and Zapier — carry form messages to our inbox.
• The shipper (USPS or UPS) — gets the address on the label.

That is the whole list. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anybody, for any reason.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we need them for warranty, returns and tax — a few years. Stock alerts are deleted the moment we email you. Newsletter sign-ups last until you unsubscribe, which is one click at the bottom of every email.

Cookies

Your cart is kept in your own browser so it survives a refresh. That is it — no advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking. Clearing your browser data clears your cart.

Children

We sell toys, but the shop is meant for the grown-up doing the buying. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
