Shipping

• $10.95 flat rate anywhere in the U.S., however many toys are in the box. Free on orders over $199.
• The bigger scales — 1/16 and 1/8 — go in a bigger box and cost $22.99 to send. That is the one thing free postage does not cover, however large the order, because the box costs what it costs. It is printed on the toy’s own page, on its card in the shop, and again in your basket before you pay, so you will never meet it at the till for the first time.
• Orders usually go out within a day or two of the shop being open. We’re open Thursday–Saturday, so an order placed Sunday heads out that week.
• Collector boxes are packed carefully in quality packaging with proper fill, the same care we’d expect receiving our own. If the box matters to you, it matters to us.
• The big stuff (pedal tractors and ride-ons) costs a good deal more to send, so it carries its own shipping fee — one for each machine, since two of them is two boxes. You’ll see it printed on the product page and at the cart before you pay, and it applies even on orders that otherwise ship free. Questions? Call us before you order.
• Indiana sales tax applies to the order total, shipping included.
• Local pickup in Columbus is always free. Choose it at checkout and we’ll have it at the counter with your name on it.

Returns

• 14 days from delivery, unopened and in the original packaging, for a full refund less shipping.
• Arrived damaged? Photograph it before you do anything else and call us. We’ll make it right. That’s on us, not the carrier.
• Wrong item shipped? We pay the return shipping and get the right one out to you as quickly as we can.
• Pre-orders are paid in full when you order. You can cancel for a full refund up to 14 days before we receive the item; after that we have already bought it from the maker, so we cannot refund it.

Payment

Checkout runs on Square, the same processor we use at the counter. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App Pay all work. We never see or store your card number.
