Shipping

• Flat rate within the continental U.S. Free on orders over $99.
• Orders go out within one business day. We’re open Thursday–Saturday, so an order placed Sunday ships Thursday.
• Collector boxes are packed carefully in quality packaging with proper fill — the same care we’d expect receiving our own. If the box matters to you, it matters to us.
• Oversize items — pedal tractors, 1/8 scale, big sets — are quoted separately. Call us and we’ll work it out.
• Local pickup in Columbus is always free. Choose it at checkout and we’ll have it at the counter with your name on it.

Returns

• 14 days from delivery, unopened and in the original packaging, for a full refund less shipping.
• Arrived damaged? Photograph it before you do anything else and call us. We’ll make it right — that’s on us, not the carrier.
• Wrong item shipped? We pay the return shipping and get the right one out same day.
• Pre-order deposits are refundable up to 14 days before the release date; after that they convert to store credit.

Payment

Checkout runs on Square — the same processor we use at the counter. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App Pay all work. We never see or store your card number.
